Studio 42’s Silver Membership is a fantastic option for creatives with an interest in building upon any existing skills and becoming a jewellery designer.

This is a payment per week commitment to your craft. The benefit of this membership is to commit to learning and have exciting opportunities to be involved with a jewellery community. Including being a part of discussions around the business of making, and how to develop as a maker in a thoughtful sustainable way.

  • This must be used in a 3-month time frame and is not available to use in December. 

  • Creative Holiday option: Silver members can also do this in a 2-week time frame.

  • A quality bespoke learning experience.

    In the first 10 classes, you are well on your way to having your work in a market - Level 2 well on your way to stocking shops and can now stone set bezels or gypsy set - Level 3 more confidence and developing ideas and understanding the production and starting to understand business and conceptual development as well as a stone setting with confidence - L4 feeling like a legend who now has there own small jewellery brand - still needs to keep practising skills but understands how to keep moving forward by themselves.

    Working through levels 1-4 of jewellery-making skills to become a jewellery designer and maker.

    Expect to go up a level each set of 10 classes including 20 hours of homework per week. If you don't have time for homework your skills will take longer to develop as it is a bit like learning an instrument - practice is key.

  • Silver membership, Is the perfect option for a beginner or someone who has done some jewellery-making but feels a bit rusty. If you do come with skills already you can move on to the next level as soon as you have used these skills to make a range.

    Silver Membership Cost is $190 per week automatic payment or $1900 per block of 10 classes.

    • 10 x 3-hour classes

    • Use of studio 42 workshop to practice your jewellery skills in your own time during the week and evenings. - Sometimes the studio is booked for a private class and in this case it is not available.

    • Hands-on assistance from your tutor, Jessica Winchcombe - in class time.

    • Experimental materials and silver for classes is included.

    • A Private FB page to connect with other Silver Members and hot tips from Jess about, Branding, marketing and sales.

    • Small class sizes, up to 6 people

    Silver Member Classes are Friday 10am - Wednesday evening 5.30pm Monday 10am or join any public 3-hour class that Jess is taking.
